Me
My work centres on supporting menstruators to reconnect with their bodies and menstrual cycles, especially after periods of burnout or disconnection.
My journey into body-based work began in 2017 when I trained with the Bodyology School of Massage. That experience gave me a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and its ability to hold both healing and joy.
In 2021 I began training as a Menstrual Cycle Coach with Claire Baker. Many people are taught to ignore their menstrual cycle, we live within systems that prioritise output and often invalidate cyclical energy. So when your body slows down, needs rest, or feels different across the month,
it can feel like something is wrong with you - painful periods, PMS, exhaustion, and mood changes are often treated as things you simply have to endure.
But your cycle is not random. It’s a rhythm your body follows every month and when you understand it, you can begin responding to your body in a completely different way.
