A little about me...

In 2017, I took my first massage course with the Bodyology School of Massage, where my interest in bodywork began. I’m interested in supporting our bodies with the challenges of our daily lives and reclaiming them as sources of joy and release.

In 2021  started my training to become a Menstrual Cycle Coach with Claire Baker. MCA felt like ancestral wisdom that I had stumbled upon, and I have spent the past three years deepening my knowledge and understanding through professional training, self-practice, reading, and research.

All of my work is approached through a trauma-informed lens, influenced by my training with the School of Radical Healing and my own personal experiences with deep losses, grief, and trauma from a young age. These experiences have shaped not only how I work but also the person I have become.

I am of mixed-race heritage, and my pronouns are she/her. I enjoy reading astrology for self-reflection and personal development. I believe it’s important to spend time in nature, and I have developed a deep relationship with it.

Joy and pleasure are huge themes in my work. I think it’s important as adults to find spaces, and people who invite more of that into our lives. By cultivating a joyful practice, we can support ourselves through the many challenges of our present realities.

A joy practice for me is pole dancing, something I decided to take up in 2019. I began my journey as a teacher in 2021. Pole dancing has not only become a place of peace and stability in my life but has also provided me with a community of like-minded people who share my pursuit of pleasure and joy.

I am a patient, intuitive person who believes we all deserve a space to be seen, heard, and held, so I am committed to offering that space to my clients through whichever medium you choose to work with me.
