A little about me...
My work centres on supporting menstruators to reconnect with their bodies and menstrual cycles, especially after periods of burnout or disconnection.
My journey into body-based work began in 2017 when I trained with the Bodyology School of Massage. That experience gave me a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and its ability to hold both healing and joy.
In 2021 I began training as a Menstrual Cycle Coach with Claire Baker. Discovering menstrual cycle awareness felt like coming across an ancestral wisdom I had somehow always known but had never been taught. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen this work through further training, self-practice, workshops, reading, and research.
All of my work is trauma-informed. This is shaped both by my training with the School of Radical Healing and by my own experiences of loss and trauma from a young age. These experiences influence the way I hold space for others, with patience and care.
Grief is an important thread in my work. I believe we all need spaces where we can acknowledge and move through these experiences, especially while navigating the challenges of modern life.
I am of mixed-race heritage and use she/her pronouns. I enjoy using astrology and tarot as tools for reflection and personal growth, and spending time in nature as a way of staying connected to wider rhythms. Pole dance is another important practice in my life and continues to shape my understanding of pleasure and embodiment.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we all deserve spaces where we can be seen, and held. Through menstrual cycle awareness and embodied practices, I support clients in developing a more compassionate and informed relationship with their bodies.
